Dr. Archana Kumta (MSc, Ph.D - Environmental Science)
Founder and Director
Dr. Kumta is an Environmental Toxicologist who has been working from 1993 primarily in the field of Environmental Impact Assessment, Hazardous Waste Management, Environmental Audits and RoHS. She has considerable experience in project management and liaison with different government and private agencies. Dr. Kumta’s key area of expertise is successfully managing the environmental impacts associated with several state level projects. She is also an Environmental Auditor and is experienced in handling Environmental Audits for small, medium and large organizations. Dr. Kumta is an alumni of XLRI, having successfully completed the post graduate program for business management. She has 11 environmental papers to her credit, which are published in both national and international journals.

Ms. Arathi Hattiangadi (MS - General Engineering/ Distributed Computing)

Ms. Hattiangadi is an Electrical Engineer by academic qualification with a postgraduate degree in Distributed Computing. She has worked as a Lead engineer and Project Manager for the last 12 years in reputed companies such as Chiron Diagnostics, Stanford Management Group and CopperCom. She has handled strategic and key management issues in her career. She will be in charge of our U.S operations.

Dr. Snehalata Gaikwad (MSc, Ph.D - Environmental Science)

Dr. Gaikwad is an Environmental Scientist who has been working in the environmental field in India since 1975. Dr. Gaikwad is a Environmental Toxicologist and Ecologist of renowned repute. She has at least 100 papers to her credit, published in national and international journals. She has also been on the Board of Studies of the University of Mumbai and is a member of the Ayurvedic Association and the Bombay Natural History Society for a number of years.

Mr. Dhanyakumar Patil (MSc- Environmental Science)

Mr. Patil has worked in the field of environment for close to 14 years and has a host of projects to his credit. Mr. Patil leads a team of environmentalists and has conducted nearly 100 Environmental Impact Assessments across India. His key skills are to liaise with government and non governmental agencies which hold him in good stead. Mr. Patil has considerable experience in hazardous waste management, solid waste management, environmental risk, air and water quality modeling, and environmental impact assessment and environmental management plans.

Mr. Sandeep Tayade (MSc - Environmental Science)

Mr. Tayade has a total of 7 years experience with expertise in the field of Ecology and Waste water. Mr. Tayadee has been a part of the team working on Solid waste management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Waste water treatment and air pollution and mitigation methods and Environmental Management Plan. Mr. Tayade has two patents to his credit in the field of Wetland Technology.

Ms. Elizabeth Abba (MSc- Chemistry and PG Diploma in Environment Pollution Control Technology)

Ms. Abba has an experience of approximately 7 years in the field of air, water and waste water analysis, indoor air quality management.

Ms. Karuna Nelli (MSc - Environmental Science)

Ms. Nelli has a total of 2 years of experience in the field of air quality, indoor air quality management and water and waste water analysis and microbiological analysis of the waste water.
